Elite's recurrent program is built around the same philosophy as initial training: proficiency-based, one-on-one, and focused on the skills that matter most when something doesn't go as planned.

Who needs it, and how often

Recurrent training is typically required annually to stay current and insurance-compliant. Elite also offers six-month instrument proficiency checks for pilots who want additional currency between annual events, along with mission-specific training such as high-density terminal operations and challenging mountain or international routes.
