Separate Flight Training & Rental Agreements
These Terms govern use of this website only. Flight instruction, aircraft rental, and aircraft management services are governed by separate written agreements, liability waivers, insurance requirements, and safety documentation that you review and execute directly with Elite before any flight activity. Nothing on this Site constitutes such an agreement, and browsing the Site does not create any right to fly, rent, or receive instruction.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Site links to third-party services such as FlightSchedulePro for scheduling and manufacturer technical publications for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.
